我和太太两年前结婚（她当时是持绿卡），太太最近宣誓成为公民。我现在的身份是H1-B. 我们准备自己申请绿卡，有几个问题要请教老师：
1. 我和太太已有两年的婚龄，太太为我申请的绿卡是永久绿卡还是条件绿卡？
2. 我的一个朋友告诉我，需要准备以下文件，请麻烦看一下是否有什么文件遗漏了？
3. Birth certificate：出生公证是否要在中国的公证机关办理？中国的公证机关会出英文的公证吗？中国的公证机关会出英文的公证移民局会认可吗？或还是要在美国再次翻译？
4. 我现在H1-B还有一年的有效，同时在申请绿卡期间我不准备出美国境，我可不可以不申请I-765 employment authorization和I -131 travel document.？
