GE WEI DA XIA,

EB1b applications requires permanent position, but anybody know about if it is different to file H1 visa for permanent or non-permanent position?

some lawyers say you need to point out it is a permanent position when you apply H1 visa, some lawyer say H1 position is just a temporary position.

it is confusing. anybody know about it?
