I have H-1 status working in a civil engineering company in NY. I would like to apply US H1 visa in Vancouver, Canada mid September, and then go China for a short visiting.
Do I have to have a Canada visa to enter Canada?
Is there anyone knows if I have to go through the check? How long it will take to get the visa? Same day or next day? Thanks.
