He said that it is an excellent letter in that the letter is carefully
and professionally-worded and more importantly, all issues raised are
legitimate as the numbers quoted in the letter all came from the DOS
and the USCIS. In other words, EB-3 China, as well as EB2-China, has
been put at a big disadvantage by the DOS and the USCIS unintentionally.
It is an unintended consequence though.
He said that there is nothing he can do to fix the systemic issue.
However, he said that it may lead to an administrative fix if there
are many more people like the original author of the letter, in Chinese
immigrant community.
