H-1B transfer Company merges with other company

Help! Help! Help! My case is I-140 approved within H-1B no-immigration status .and I was layoff two week ago. Then found other job. I am doing H-1B transfer. My situation is that my Current H-1B firm merged with other bigger firms with sub-name (AAA|bbb bbb Inc) 6 months ago and work site and work the same kind of work. And my attonery did not do anything when my company merged. Does it impact my H-1B transfer at the time?
