I would really appreciate it if anyone can give me any suggestions.

I was born in countryside of a small city (A) and it will be hard for me to
get birth certificate from the city. Currently my record is in another city
(B). Is it OK if I get my birth certificate from city B for I-485 filing?
Also do I need to get the English version?
