Urgent help: H1B transfer gap -- pjiang, please help searchant2008-12-12 16:35:29

I transferred my H1B from A to B in Aug. for a project which was finished on Oct 31st. My last payroll with B is Nov. 31st which shows zero salary and $15 for expense. Now I probably get an offer from C, need to transfer H1B to C. My questions are:

1) Is it safe by transfering from B to C with Nov. payrolls from B?

2) A can hire me back and put me in Dec. payroll which will itemize Nov. salary and Dec salary, but will cost me around $4000. I don’t know if it worth or not.

3) what's my best option.
