我的情况,老公公民,我现在L1B,11月底同时递了1-130, 485和1-765,并交了4张支票,$1010 for 485, $355 for 130, $340 for 1-765, $70 for 1-864 reviewing fee,银行显示$1010和$355的支票已经兑了,今天收到1-797,notice type: rejection notice,并且退回了$340和$70的支票,说我submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application, or th eincorrect fee was submitted. No additional action by you is required at this time. please comply with any other reject notice you may receive.
我用Receipt number在USCIS网上查了我的状态,说485正在national center审理中.
请问这个rejection notice是不是只是说我多交钱了,不代表我申请EAD被拒了吧
难道485同时申请EAD不用交那$340?
