Hi, I have some questions from my TN Visa application.
1.Does anyone know that the maximam stay peroid for TN is 1 yr or 3 yrs now?
2. I asked the HR of my employer to put my stay period for no longer than one year, but they said they can not put the period of my employment because it will be a contract. According to the reqirement of the employement letter, the employer need to put anticipated stay peroid. Can anyone give me some thoughts?
