My brother entered USA from Beijing on 12/18/08, and his return airline ticket is on 1/28/09. But the custom office only gave him 30 days stay on I-94 form till 1/17/09. Will he have any problem to enter USA next time if he just leave here on 1/28/09 as planned since the airline ticket is not changeable? Thanks!
