I filed a NIW140/485 to NSC and a EB1ea without 485 to TSC, both 140 got approved while the 485 is pending. Previously I asked about how to re-link the 1-485 to the EB1ea 140, and thank sdfsdfsdff's nice advice.
Here I want to know how to do it. Since the 2 I-140 were submitted to 2 different service centers, should I submit the re-link request to NSC or TSC? Also is it feasible to submit a new 485 to the TSC requesting an application fee waiver?
Any suggestions are always appreciated.
