NIW I-140 has been approval, and 485 pending is more than 180 days, also have an EAD, but never use, now want to apply for the EB-1B(employer dependend), or EB-1A(non-employer dependent), questions:1) do you think I am ok to the the EB1A. 2)which one is better, please the disadvantage advantage.
