Could anyboday let me know if I could use my Chinese passport, which will concurrently have 2 types of Canadian visas, Immigrant Visa and Non-immigrant Visa (S-1, student), to re-enter Canada when I return from China?
My Student Visa was issued in August 2004, one month before the issuance of my Immigrant Visa. I plan to use my student visa for my re-entrance in late September and land somewhere else in late October. Will there be any legel problems?
