I have a Master's degree in Accounting received in US. Have been in US for 6+ years. Have paid working experience of 4.5 years as Accounting Intern, Staff Accountant, Senior Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst, and now I am a Senior Financial Analyst in an international company that has operations in China. My H1B will expire 8/13/2011 (have 2.5 more years to go). Have a few quesitons and really need some help:

1. When can I extend my H1B? After I140 is approved? Do I get one year each time? How many times can I extend?
2. What's my best option to apply for green card? NIW or EB2? Not sure if I will be qualified for NIW.
3. What's the best time for me to start applying for green card considering my H1B is expiring in 2.5 years?
4. If I cannot do NIW but can only do EB2, I believe it will be very difficult for me to use my Senior Financial Analyst position which usually doesn't require Master's degree. However, the attorny of my company said that I can use a future job to be qualified for EB2. e.g. my company would like me to learn now and offer me a Finance Manager position after 2-3 years that requires Master's degree. If this is doable:
- After I140 is approved, can I change jobs within the company without filing the application again?
- What will happen if my company sends me to China while I am waiting for visa availability?
- If I apply for green card by using this "future job", am I obligated to go to this job or a simliar job once the green card is received?

Sorry for asking so many questions. I am new to this process. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

这还真不好答.有点复杂. NIW好象有难度.
