I plan to apply for H-4 and quit my job when I get H-4 receipt. However I was in touch with some companies earlier and they may give me the job offer in the next one or two months. Will there be any problem if I apply for H-1 again while my H-4 is still pending? Can I cancel H-4 application if needed? what if H-4 and H-1 are approved at the same time?
