I am H4 and using EAD to work. I am preparing my H4 extension material. On I-539 form. I need to fill the form asking my "current Nonimmigrant status". 我已用EAD 工作， 身份应是AOS。 但在这里我必需填H４。填H４可以吗？ 是不是算撒谎了
