请问I-485的通知信上没有priority date,是否要看I-140上的?

今天问了律师
因为我的I485是送到TSC的,所以问他是不是只要看TSC的processing time就好
结果他说还是要看Visa Bulletin的时间
想请问大家因为我的I485通知信上没有Priority Date, 那是否要看I140上的priority date来对照Visa Bulletin date?
