Mom visa expires in US. I want to apply GC for her by US citizen for relatives.It is easy and fast to apply GC in US. However, dad is sick and mom like to visit him. Can she apply GC in China even with her fact of expired visa? If so, Which one is faster (in China or US) for applying for GC?
