本人家在洛杉矶，去年年年末邀请80岁岳父母来探亲。现岳父想到纽约去探望一60岁亲戚。估计住1-2月。岳母不去。因此我们没法出人陪到纽约
问题， 1 不用通知移民局吧？如果没通知，邀请人有责任吗？
2 如果生病住院， 因岳父没多点，钱保险不包括部分须担保人承担嘛？
