A complaint against Wu's former company, Siport Inc, has been filed in department of labor because this company violates federal H1B program. For example, they said they pay H1B workers $115K per year, but they never do that. As you know, Microsoft only pays their H1B workers in computer field about $70k to 85K.
There are two key issues had to be addressed before DOL can proceed with an investigation:
1. Complainer must be an "aggrieved party" as defined under law 655.715
2. "Credible source" complaint as defined under law 655.807
