485于2008年12月11号在德州批准（ＥＢ１Ａ ｄｅｐｅｎｄａｎｔ），正式的ｎｏｔｉｃｅ于一周后收到，写明绿卡将在三周后收到，如未收到则打电话云云。
５周后还没有收到，遂到Ｉｎｆｏｐａｓｓ要求查询，被告知要打指纹，我们强调２００８年１月已经打过指纹（code 3），Ｉｎｆｏｐａｓｓ答曰：那是工卡的指纹，不是４８５的指纹？我们很奇怪？因为小孩没有申请工卡，但也在同时打了指纹。
我们还是按要求当天打了指纹(ｃｏｄｅ ２)，并被inforpass告知，你将在2周内收到绿卡！
1月23号打指纹的当晚，收到Email:
On October 9, 2007, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. ... This case has been sent to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location.
1月26号出现了LUD。请教皮匠老师，这是不是我的485又回到了Pending状态？可我们已经收到正式的485 approved notice了？
我们很困惑，请皮匠老师解释！下一步我们该怎么办？
