My current status is H1B and working in a commercial company, I will be laid-off in one month. Fortunately, I just got one offer from an institute, which is support by one university and government department. This new offer will sponsor H1B to me

My question is:

IF this time I transfer from my current commercial H1B to the institute H1B, next time, Can I transfer back to commercial H1B without waiting for the H1B quota?
