I have my H1B approved recently, I want to apply H4 for my child, Could anyone tell me how to apply and what kind of form I should use? I found I-539 is the form I should use for applying H1B, including my family. But I already got H1b, what kind of form I should use for my child? I want to apply H4 by myself. Thanks a million.
