请教小白兔:
I was under OPT which expired on Feb 3, 2009, trying to go back to F-1 status, and then reapply for H-1 later. I had applied H-1 last year but USCIS asked for providing further information, however, my stupid boss decided to not to respond so I did not get H-1. So, i have to resubmit H-1 application. My question, does my last year's application history will affect my chance to get approve for H-1? Is that true that the H-1 applicants this year will more than last year? Last question is that can i apply F-1 status through community college but i have a master degree in business? Your answers will be much appreciated.
