My hu*****and filed Eb1a last summer and his employer filed Eb1b last fall.
Then he got RFE for eb1a and replied in Nov.
EB1B 140 was approved at the end of Dec.
So we request 485(filed with eb1a) to be relinked with eb1b 140.
Today he was shocked to receive a message from the employer's lawyer that
the INS officer(who processed eb1a) sent an "intent to revoke 140 (eb1b)".
I never heard of such a case. We must have met a jerk.
Now the lawyer asks for 2000 to deal with this. I think we have to spend
this money but maybe this is useless. Before the lawyer did nothing but send
the things we prepared directly to INS and also he might be unhappy
that he couldn't earn money for our 485.
