由于2007年众所周知的原因，我递485，但由于我女儿不在美国境内，学校的律师建议我为她递824。当时我很奇怪，为什么824只填了我的资料，另外付一封信表明824是为我女儿申请境外绿卡。现在我女儿来了美国上学，学校让她由H4转成F1，说明有很多好处。我现在弄不清能不能转，转成F1对她以后的绿卡申请有没有什么影响，转成F1 对824又有什么影响？还是现在先转F1，以后等排期到了再为她递485。请皮匠老师和各位高手赐教。These are some answer came from our university.I didnt get it.That's mean If she change to F1.I-824 will be void.or doesn't mean any thing.Please help!!!
