我父母2008年1月以B2入境，2008年6月申请B2延期。2008年11月中旬申请绿卡，现在pending, 已收到Advanced Parole，还未回国。
刚刚收到B2延期申请的拒绝通知，本在预想之中。但通知第二页最后一段说 “The decision resulting in the denial of Form I-539 leaves you without lawful immigration status and you are now present in the United States in violation of the law. You are required to depart the United States within 30 days from the date of this decision or be subject to removal proceedings. Remaining in the United States beyond this time will also affect your ability to return to the United States." I-94背面也标注了"I-539 Denied".
请问我们应该怎么做？我父母现在是合法居留吗？如果用Advanced Parole回国再回来会有问题吗？
