We have been in U.S. for years. My wife and I both got Green Card last year. In fact, she's our Green Card primary applicant. Since she might take a position in China in the near future, she would have to give up her U.S. Green Card for some reasons. I was wondering if my Green Card would have to give up as well, since I am not a primary Green Card applicant. We relocated in Asia last year. I stay at home now. Is it possible that I could keep my GC status if I work in a Chinese company in China? How should I cope with U.S. tax each year?
