我efile 我的I-140(NIW, EB2, DIY) on FEB 2008 to TX。我收到I-140 receipt notice with I-797C。昨天我收到我的i-140 approval notice in 1-797C form without A# , and did not show this is an copy on the page. 我的同事也是刚收approval notice in 1-797 form with A# , and show this is an copy of original one. 他是通过律师办的。我的问题是：

1，我是不是收到错误的approval notice Form或者我会在今期收到另一份正式的。
2，我能否在申请I-485时用这份I-797C，如果不行，我是否能从移民局要一份正式的I-797。
