May I ask PJIANG老师 one question?
I filed I-485 at September 2004 with my wife as EB-2. My wife got her Green Card at October 2006. However I haven't gotten mine until now due to name check. My processing date (LC date is June of 2004) is current. I checked USCIS website and it just said that the case is pending. I called USCIS last October and they told me that my background check had been cleared. Another several months has passed and I haven't heard any progress. PJIANG老师, after the name check, what else can block my I-485 process? Is there anyway I can call or check the status?
