Please give some advices on this:
Worked H1B for company A, and have a LCA pending in state. Now transfer H1B (full-time) to company B, and apply an part-time H1B of company A. Now ask:
(1) Is this legal?
(2) If my old LCA approved while I am working for company B, can I still use this LCA for my GC if I switch back to the same position of company A immediately?
