Thank happyxie, I called NSC after reviewing your post. The immigration officer is very nice and helpful. I was told that our case had not been assigned to an IO yet and we might have to wait for 60 days. To my suprise, we received the Card-Ordered email next day.

2008: second fingerprint for dependent.
