Just got I-485 RFE for evidence which establishes that I continue to be engaged in the occupution that is the basis of my NIW. I will supply :
1, A currently dated letter from my present employer (an university), describing my job.
2, Copies of publications (about 5-6 papes).
Should I also write a letter? Any suggestions? I-140 filed in oct 2006, I-485 in july of 2007.
