Finally, my turn. I got welcome notice and Green card at the same day Saturday. It is a kind of surprise. I was ready to wait for another month to receive card.

I 140 approved within a year
Namecheck stuck for long long time, cleared after writing letter to First Lady in 2008
Never got any update from USCIS website.
Asked help from Congressman on first day of Feb, got response that cases assigned to officer finally
Asked help from Congressman again on first day of March, got response a week later that case approved and received card another week later. No additional FP needed. 1st FP was taken in 2005.
It is really a huge help if you met someone who was efficiently working for the congressman.
