file I-485 过180天换工作，工作性质相同。现收到notice from USCI：“you must submit a currently dated letter from you intended permant employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position(if different from your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. this lwtter shoud be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. the letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment_based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist.”

1, 除了信以外，我还要准备什么材料？
2，这封信可否由我部门的Director写？
3，intended permant employer具体指谁呀？
