EB2, I-140 approved, I-485 pending over a year, now I want to change the job and got a new job offer with the same field and same job title. But the problem is the new job ad is requring a bachelor degree and 3 years experience, the job ad submitted to INS for EB2 was requiring a master degree and five years experience.
So, if I get RFE, is that ok?
