My hu*****and was laid off by his company. His company gives him 30 days to look for new jobs, otherwise he can not keep his H1B and he must leave the country. Is it true ONLY 30 days to find a new job to continue H1B? I am still on F1 in community college. Where can I find accurate information about this? Thanks.
