my i-140 and i-485 filed in July 2007. both are pending.
my attorney called IRS and was told that there was a delay as "additional administrative reviews are needed".
also, i got a written notice from IRS saying that my 485 was to be transferred to Calfornia Center. my attorney did not get such notice copy and was told by IRS that there was no such transfer.
Do the above indicate there might be a problem.
