My mother's green card application was approved at GuongZhou consulate. She received her stamped passport and a sealed brown envelope, which only can be opened by US Custom. She accidently opened it. I called Custom, they said that she would be refused entry with unsealed bag and it's useless if you seal it by yourself. I am still waiting for the Consulate's email reply. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I am very desperate.
