I applied EB1b a year ago and no response from immigration officer. My H1b visa will expire on Sept. 2009 for a total of 6 years.
If I applied my H1b visa extention based on the pending of my i-140. I might got an extension of my H1b visa at least 1 year.
what will happen if my H1b for at least 1 year was approved while my I-140 was denied? That is to say, can I must leave if my I-140 was denied or I can still stay for another year due to the extension of my i-140?
