现在的大学 cap-exempt 到5月底 expire。 新大学 给申请 cap-exempt H1B with starting date of 8/24/2009, 在等待H-1B申请批准期间可以呆在美国么? (我请教律师, 回答不一, 有律师 suggest我申请新h1b just a few days before the completion date of the present H1B to possibly stay in the U.S.)
另外, 我可以同时申请 Change of Status from H1B to F1保持身份和申请新h1b么？
