Pjiang & Xiaobaitu DAXIA,
My case is as follows:
I-485 is pending. I have EAD, but I've never used it as the school told me that I would be out of F1 status if I used it. My current status is still on F1. The question is, May I apply for H1? if so, does it hurt if I use EAD before the approval of H1?
