I have just received the mail that my parents' B2 visia renewal request is rejected.

What is the next approriate step to follow? Can I hire an attorney to appeal or reopen the case? Or should I change my parents' air tickets date 2nd time?

My parents' B2 visting visa is expired last Saturday.
