Last year I submitted my Canadian green card application. However, since my experience is not on the list of 38 occupations. So my files are not processed according to the decision letter. Recently, I need visit Canada for some bussiness purpose. So I am applying for visitor visa. In the vistor visa application form, it asks if you applied for any Canadian visa (e.g., permanent residence, student...). So could you please give me some suggestion? should I include my green card applicatoin history in the form? if yes, will my visa application be rejected because of green card applicaton and intention of immigration? if not, will it hurt my chance for future green card applicaton once they find it and feel I cheat them?
