Hi Folks,
I have some questions regarding LC and hope someone could help me with this. My current company is in CA and has a history of layoff for the past 3 years. This is the first time that they could file a LC for us. I graduated from college with a PhD degree and then joined the company. I have the following questions that I need your help.
1. If company lays off workers again before they file LC for me, can the comapny file the trandition LC for me? How much is the risk? Should I wait for RIR?
2. If company lays off workers after my RIR LC is filed, how much is the chance that my LC get remanded and rejected?
3. Since I was a new graduate when I joined the company. Our company lawyer told me that it is a case by case situation for LC get approved. My question to you guys is that have you seen this kind of case being rejected if RIR is used? or It is safer for me just to work for another company that my working experience for current comppany can be counted?
Thanks for your help!
