My minor is accepted by a private school in Arizona for academic year 2009-2010. The School already issued her I-20 Form for her application for F-1 and asked her to go outside of the United States to obtain the Visa.
The expiration of my H1B and her H4 is 10/31/2009. Right now I am still looking for job in the US and hope to renew my H1B before the deadline.
She is planning to go to China in July. In this case, I wonder if her F-1 is denied, can she come back to the US with H4?
