我们两个月以前交了485的REF材料.网上状态显示收到,并说明两个月以后会有最终结果.先生是主申请人,身份是H1,申请走的是EB2 PERM. 现在已经是两个月以后了.状态仍然显示是PENDING.先生要求了查询.移民局的回复是:
Our service records indicate your application is currently pending. The processing of your application is dependent upon the category and priority date of the approved I-140 petition, as well as visa availability. At this time, there is no visa available. When there is a visa available, your application will be processed.
请问PIJIANG 老师这是什么意思.这个VISA到底是怎么回事呢?
