I got rfe letter for my Eb1A 140 petition. The officer said that I meet two criterions and need to prove another additional criterion. The USCIS officer pointed that I do not meet the requirements of some criterions. I am thinking how to reply the rfe.

Some the USCIS officer’s comments are correct. I think that I meet at least four criterions. Should I reply all the questions in the rfe letter question by question, or just answers for two criterions that I can definitely argue by providing additional evidence and skip other comments on remaining criterions that are correct raised by the USCIS officer.

I am not very sure that I can meet one criterion that the USCIS officer commended since I have no very solid proof. If the offices is nice, I can pass. But now it is in the reply to the rft letter. Should I continue claim that or just states other four solid criterions.

I am not sure which answer way is better. Should I list all the USCIS officer’s comments and answer, or rewrite the 140 petition cover letter.
