我现在是485 pending(副申请人)， 有EAD。 去年老公延H1B 时， 我没有延H4。 因老公学校管H1B 的 人说我用了EAD， 不能延。 这样年底出境时我只有过期一年多的I-94卡。

you come back to U.S., you will get a new I-94. But you have to use AP for
the travel, not any visa.

我们现在打算海龟， 不再等绿卡排期了(估计回国前等不到绿卡)。 将来若干年后， 我们再赴美，不可能用AP了，只能用 visa(H1) 。我们希望以后再来美国。 现在状况对我将来用visa(H1)赴美 会有什么影响， 会不会受"逾期居留一年以上， 而导致今后十年不得入境"的限制？
