11 monthes has passed since the appeal/motion of my I-140 and I-290B were sent to Administrative Appeals Office (at Washington, D.C.) for review.
My attorney once said that the processing was taking about 10 months. But now she said the processing time has increased to 21 monthes. Does anybody know if the process become slower recently?
